Ken Stanton Music will accept returns for many items up to 2 weeks after you receive them. Items that aren't in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee, up to 20% of the purchase price. Additionally, exchanges and returns are not accepted on; "red tag" or close-out sale items, reeds, mouthpieces, harmonicas, strings, recorders or drumheads. In all cases, Ken Stanton Music reserves the right to refuse returns.

Requesting a Return

1) Email your request for a return to andrewm@kenstanton.com - be sure to list the items and reason(s) for your request.
2) You will receive an email containing a Return Request Number and notifying you of any items that may have return restrictions (see above).
3) Ship the items back along with any original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.
